Percentage-based grant fees are an ethics problem and a budgeting nightmare. We charge a flat success fee tied to the size of the award you actually receive — capped at $25,000 no matter how large that award is. If the funder awards less than you asked for, the fee steps down with it.

A partial award is billed at the band matching the amount actually awarded. An award that is withdrawn, declined by you, or reduced to zero carries no fee, and any fee already invoiced is credited.
